We want our children to grow up to be healthy eaters. Healthy eating has benefits
for everyone. Supporting the New Zealand Curriculum this show aims to teach students
to take control of their diets and create good attitudes towards food behaviour.
Creating a healthy food culture is one of the most important steps you can take
to ensure the health and well-being of your students. Eating nutritious and healthy food increases
levels of concentration, increases learning ability and increases school attendance due to fewer sick days,
leading to educational improvements for all Kiwi kids. We don’t focus, demonize,
or exclude foods or food groups. Instead we celebrate what healthy foods can do
for us and how they can make us feel.
